Travel is exciting. The logistics? Sometimes a little less so.

From passports and plane seats to credit cards, car seats and traveling with toddlers, there are a lot of little details that can make a big difference once you're away from home.

This page is designed to answer some of the questions I hear most often and help you feel prepared before you go.

Because the best trips aren't just booked. They're thoughtfully planned.

What Happens When You're Ready to Book?

1. I Send Your Quote

I'll put together vacation options based on what we've discussed - your dates, travelers, priorities, budget and the kind of experience you're looking for.

2. You Review It

Take some time to look everything over. Pay attention to the resort or hotel, room category, flights if included, transportation, tickets or cruise cabin, what's included and the overall price.

Have questions? That's completely normal.

3. We Talk It Through

We'll review the options together, answer your questions and make sure you understand exactly what you're booking.

4. We Adjust If Needed

Want a different resort? Another room category? Different dates? A lower price point? An upgraded experience?

A quote is a starting point. We can adjust it until the trip feels right.

5. You Submit the Booking Authorization Form

Once you're ready to move forward, you'll complete my secure Booking Authorization Form with your traveler information & payment authorization.

Submitting the form does not automatically book your trip or process your payment. The information is sent to me, and I manually complete your reservation directly with the travel supplier.

Your payment is made to the travel supplier - not to me personally.

6. I Book It & Send Your Confirmation

Once the reservation has been completed, I'll send your official confirmation & we'll move into the fun part: getting ready for your trip.

Important: Travel pricing & availability can change until a reservation is officially booked and confirmed.

7. The Fun Doesn't Stop There!

I'll follow up with you regarding any important components of your trip, deadlines for reservations, final payment dates, etc. 

Prior to your trip, I'll make sure you've completed all requirements for travel & that you feel comfortable & ready to go!

• Provide the details of the trip you wish to book.

• Enter traveler information for everyone on the reservation, including full legal names, birthdates, loyalty numbers, and other requested details.

• Enter the deposit/payment amount and securely provide your payment information.

• Review all information carefully and complete the required signatures and authorization.

• Please make sure traveler names match the names shown on their government-issued identification or passports.

This form is submitted directly to me, and I will use the information provided to manually complete your booking with the travel supplier.

Important: Occasionally, the form may finish with a blank white screen after submission. Please always email me after you submit the form so I can confirm that I received it.

Submitting the form authorizes me to process the agreed-upon deposit/payment with the travel supplier. Payment is not being made directly to me.

If you only need to provide your passports, check the box that says:

“Check here if you have already submitted payment information and now ONLY need to upload passports.”

You can then upload your passport copies directly through the form, and they will come directly to me.
