Use this shorter form when you’ve already completed the Booking Authorization Form for your trip and would like to make an additional payment.

• Enter the details needed for me to identify your booking.

• Enter the payment amount you would like applied.

• Choose to either provide a new card or select “Card on File” to authorize payment using the most recent card you previously provided for this trip.

• Review the information carefully and submit your payment authorization.

This form is submitted directly to me. It does not automatically process or apply your payment with the travel supplier.

Once I receive your form, I will manually process the authorized payment with the appropriate travel supplier and apply it to your reservation.

Important: Occasionally, the form may finish with a blank white screen after submission. Please always email me after submitting the form so I can confirm that I received it.

Submitting this form authorizes me to process the requested payment with the travel supplier. You are not making a payment directly to me, and submitting the form itself does not mean the supplier has been paid yet.

Once I have manually processed the payment, I will send confirmation or an updated reservation showing that it has been applied.
